Rosé Lemonade Elderflower Sangria

This Rosé Lemonade Elderflower Sangria is the most refreshing summer cocktail! It’s super easy to make, only 5 ingredients, and is easily multiplied to serve a crowd! All you need is dry rosé, freshly squeezed lemon juice, a touch of simple syrup for sweetness, elderflower liquer, and a splash of seltzer. Absolutely delicious and dangerously good!

I found my new summer drink! This is the most refreshing cocktail and it’s seriously ALL I want to drink this summer. I always love a glass of rosé, and I always love cocktails that have elderflower in them when I order at bars or restaurants, but I’ve never experimented with it at home until now. And OMG it’s amazing.

I had something similar at a that just opened near me, and I knew I had to re-create it. I ordered it one day when I was sitting outside and it was super hot out, and it was the most refreshing cocktail I’ve had in a very long time. Maybe ever! You can’t even detect an ounce of alcohol in them which is actually so dangerous because they go down waaaaay too easy.

The flavors are so amazing together I can’t even stand it!

I made these by the glass, but if you want to make these pitcher style for a crowd you can measure everything out in the quantity that you need, put everything in a pitcher, and just refrigerate until you’re ready to serve it!

Everyone will love you. I can’t even tell you how good this is. It’s like rosé meets lemonade meets fruity meets slightly floral. With a touch of fizziness from the seltzer. SO darn good!

I like using a dry rosé just because it’s always my preference, but you can totally use whatever you like. The elderflower liqueur has some sweetness to it, and I also added a bit of simple syrup to these, so I think the dry rosé works really well here.

And very possibly, my favorite part might just me the boozy soaked strawberries. You know, when the strawberries sit in sangria , they soak up the alcohol and drink flavor and it’s like a treat waiting for you at the end of your cocktail!

I just love it. I love it so much, that I have a whole recipe just dedicated to . So fun for a party!

Which reminds me, I need to make those again! I’m actually going on vacation in a couple weeks and those neeeeed to happen.

I love the lemon and strawberry combo here, but you can totally use whatever fruit you have. Oranges, limes, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries – it would all be delicious! Or omg even peaches! Especially super juicy ones.

This is actually the first year that I’ve found really great peaches and I’m kind of pumped about it. The past couple years all the peaches I got were hard as rocks, and not sweet at all. Such a bummer. But this year is a whole other story and I’m lovvving it.

Of course it’s Monday and all I want to do is be poolside with one of these!

Rosé Lemonade Elderflower Sangria

- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

Fill a glass with crushed ice. Add a lemon slice and a few strawberry slices. I like to push them down a little bit too. Add the rosé, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup and stir to combine. Add a splash of seltzer water and stir again. Top with more sliced strawberries and a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy!

*I love using a dry rosé for this cocktail. The other ingredients have sweetness so it tastes really balanced and wonderful with the dry wine!

*To make the simple syrup, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir for 30 seconds until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely before using for the cocktails. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
